More Playing

Yesterday, I made a mess out of something I had done. It had a border which you can't see here. I took this piece I did when I was playing with the Gelli Plate and cut out the border and placed it around the gelli print page. Kind of gives it a new look, don't you think? Don't know what I'm going to do with it yet, but there it is. I seemed to have been on a certain color combination because I ended up using it for background journal pages, tags and brown paper bag paper. And I made some more paper for the leaves on the tree I previously showed you where I asked you if you could tell what the branches were made from. So far, no one has figured it out. I want to leave you guessing a bit longer. :) On a last note, my mail box was happy yesterday when I got a surprise from Terri in Washington state who sent me this. Very cool! She inspires me to actually rethread my sewing machine and start sewing post cards. Thank you, Terri if you are reading this. How often do we inspire each other?! Wishing you a good weekend full of art filled messes. Thanks for stopping by........................................Jo
